BOX 679 GUALALA, CA 95445<br><\/span><span class=\"c4 c13\">707<\/span><span class=\"c13 c5\">&#8211;<\/span><span class=\"c8 c4\">884-4465<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">The former management of &#8220;Serenisea&#8221; has no responsibility for CABIN 5. The Hot Tub located at Serenisea is not available with the rental of &#8220;Cabin 5 On The Bluff&#8221; at this time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><strong><span class=\"c6 c4\">OCCUPANCY, RATES AND DEPOSITS:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"c3\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><\/span><span class=\"c3\">Maximum occupancy is four persons, unless approved for more by management, in writing, prior to arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">The rental rates (and applicable taxes) are as follows: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"c14 lst-kix_5jvdlgyjapnj-0 start\">\n<li class=\"c1 c9\"><span class=\"c3\">$300.00 per night<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c1 c9\"><span class=\"c3\">$1890.00 per week<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"c1 c9\"><span class=\"c3\">PLUS_11% Mendocino County Bed Tax<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c1\"><strong><span class=\"c4 c6\">PETS:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"c3\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><\/span><span class=\"c4\">Please let us know if you are bringing pets. A fee of $15.00 per day per pet will be added to your rental rate. There is NO county bed tax on pet fees. Maximum two pets. Pets must be under control at all times. Please be considerate and pick up after your pet. Although Cabin 5<\/span><span class=\"c5\">&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"c4\">is fenced along<\/span><span class=\"c5\">&nbsp;the <\/span><span class=\"c3\">ocean bluff, the yard is not enclosed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><strong><span class=\"c6 c4\">SECURIT<\/span><span class=\"c6 c5\">Y <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"c0\"><strong>DEPOSIT:<\/strong><br><\/span><span class=\"c4\">In addition to the deposit for the full amount of the stay, please add $100.00 <\/span><span class=\"c5\">s<\/span><span class=\"c3\">ecurity deposit (refundable) to the above basic rental rates. Please report any damage at checkout. Note: you will not be charged for broken glasses and dinner plates. By paying your reservation in full, you agree to accept responsibility for any damages resulting from your stay that exceed the amount of the Security Deposit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">A charge of $50.00 will be made for each time a check is returned. Two day minimum.<br><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c0\"><strong>RESERVATIONS:<\/strong><br><\/span><span class=\"c4\">Reservations should be made 21 days in advance of your arrival date. The following deposits are required: <\/span><span class=\"c5\">20%<\/span><span class=\"c3\">&nbsp;deposit upon making your reservation. Balance due 15 days prior to arrival. Information on obtaining DOOR KEYS for Cabin 5 will be emailed to you after your reservation is paid in full.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c0\"><strong>CHECK-IN:<\/strong><br><\/span><span class=\"c3\">The Cabin will be available after 3 P. M. on your arrival date. Door key information will be provided after your reservation is paid in full. Upon your arrival please confirm your check in by using the kitchen phone to call the office at 707-884-4465.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">Please report any problems promptly. We will make every effort to correct the problem, however we cannot guarantee full or immediate resolution. We will not issue any refunds for any inconveniences or disappointments resulting from these factors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c6 c4\"><strong>CHECK-OUT:<\/strong><br><\/span><span class=\"c3\">Check-out time is 11:00 A. M. Please call the Cabin 5 On The Bluff Office at 884-4465 immediately at the time of your departure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c6 c4\"><strong>CANCELLATIONS:<\/strong><br><\/span><span class=\"c3\">Reservations cancelled fourteen or more days prior to arrival will be charged $ 50.00 and remaining funds will be returned or as agreed to by the booking agency. Reservations cancelled fourteen days or less prior to arrival will be charged $300.00. Reservations cancelled seven days or less prior to arrival will be charged $300.00 for each day that we are unable to rent your cancelled dates to others. There are no refunds for early departures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c0\"><strong>OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:<\/strong><br><\/span><span class=\"c4\">The indoor Sauna by the back bedroom is available. Please do NOT wear shoes into sauna.<\/span><span class=\"c5\">&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"c3\">Please remember that the Hot Tub is NOT available and advise all persons in your party of the same.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">There are natural hazards. Stay away from bluff edges and do not go over the fence. Bluff edges may be unstable. Do not allow children to roam unattended. Cabin 5 On The Bluff does not assume any liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or for any loss of valuables or personal property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">PLEASE do not disturb other guests and allow them their own contemplation of the natural beauty of the ocean and their surroundings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">The Cabin is fully furnished with down comforters and pillows. Aside from the fireplace there is forced air heating, free internet access, and Direct TV with HBO. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, coffee grinder, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator and microwave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">There is a &#8220;NO SMOKING&#8221; policy inside Cabin 5 On The Bluff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c4\">For large group gatherings, such as weddings, you must personally make prior arrangements with the Cabin 5 On The Bluff office at 707<\/span><span class=\"c5\">&#8211;<\/span><span class=\"c3\">884-4465 at the time of placing your reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">If a confirmed road closure keeps you from being able to get to the Cabin, we will refund your money.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">Sleeping in vehicles, campers, R.V.&#8217;s, or otherwise camping is not permitted at Cabin 5 On The Bluff or anywhere else on the entire grounds located at 36100 Highway 1 South.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><strong><span class=\"c6 c4\">REMINDER:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"c3\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><\/span><span class=\"c3\">You will be responsible beyond the basic daily rate for additional charges concerning pets, over occupancy above the agreed number in the rental payment, late check-out, smoking, damages, theft, carpet cleaning if necessary, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">We do not accept responsibility for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, telephone, internet, or plumbing. Nor will we accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond our control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"c1\"><span class=\"c3\">You are solely responsible for compliance with all terms and conditions.
